Spinneret for Nonwoven

Spunlace Spinneret

The spunlace method utilizes high pressure water jet streams which mechanically entangle fibrous webs to form the nonwoven fabrics.
Melt Brown Spinneret

The melt brown method blows off the molten thermoplastic polymer through the spinneret by means of convergent stream of hot air, which then rapidly attenuates the out-jetted polymer streams to form the nonwoven fabrics.
Spunbond Spinneret

Spunbond is an integrated method of creating nonwoven fabrics in which a molten thermoplastic polymer is extruded to form filaments. The cured filaments are then piled up onto a conveyer-type collector to make the webs, which are subsequently entangled and bonded each other to form the nonwoven fabrics. The spunbond spinneret is used to extrude the molten thermoplastic polymer in a desired diameter and shape in this process.

Spinneret for spinning is the key component for any type of synthetic fiber spinning. We design and manufacture any kind of spinneret, especially spinneret for POY FDY spinning line with different cross-section shape of capillary hole in any filament yarn count.
