The following terminology used in our website applies to these Terms and Conditions and any or all agreements: “Client”, “Customer”, “Visitor”, “You”, “Your”, refers to you, the person who is using this website. “Futai”, “Futai Machinery”, “Ourselves”, “We”, and “Us”, refers to Futai Machinery Co., Limited. “Party”, “Parties”, means both the customers and Futai.

The communications between Parties shall be email, fax, and mail, Skype or MSN. It is the Client’s responsibility to keep us informed the changes of email address, fax number, post mail address, Skype account, or MSN account. We shall not assume any liabilities of the loss or damage in any way relating to communication issues. Our telephone line is auxiliary tool only.

The contracts between Futai Machinery Co., Limited and the Customer shall be on these terms and conditions, unless the written agreements reached between the Client and us.

The productions or services shall start after receiving the order confirmation, which must be written in word, excel or pdf file sent to us via email or fax accepted only, from the customer and after payment made as well, any variation to these terms and conditions shall not take effective unless prior formal written agreement issued by us.

Maximum 24 hours notice of cancellation required shall be subject to confirmation written formally via email and fax only. Any other means shall not be acknowledged. Meanwhile we reserve the rights to levy some amount of charge to cover all the administrative expense unless prior notice when signing the agreement and contracts. If any written formal notice is reached to us beyond 24hours, we have the rights to consider non any fundable.

The contracts shall take effective after the payment of 100% by cash to our designated bank account. Therefore the delivery date shall be calculated starting from the date on which the payment is transferred into our bank account. Unless both of the Parties agree that the other terms of payments is accepted by both sides.

All the terms related to the trade terms written shall be in accordance with international trade rules.

We reserve the rights to modify, alter and change these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
