PU Friction Discs
Wear resistance against high speed disc rotation due to correct grade of Polyol & Isocynate.
Addition of special additives makes PU discs more resistant to spin finish oil and resistant to high temperatures. These additives also safeguard against electrostatic charge.
100% disc inspection for dimensional accuracy and surface finish. This eliminates disc vibration, which can increase stability and disc life time.
High process stability with excellent yarn property.
Long life time to reduce production cost.
