LZKL Vacuum Cleaning Furnace
The principle of this equipment is based on the property that polymer is cracked and coked at the temperature of 3000C, when isolated from air, and completely oxidized at the temperature of above 4000C in a small amount of air and certain vacuum environment. The cleaning process is as follow. First heating these parts up to 3000C in order to make polymers melt and drip to the lower chamber of collection container in the hearth, then increasing the temperature up to 400-5000C, in the meanwhile, turning on vacuum pump and inhaling small amount of fresh air in order that the remain polymers can be completely oxidized. After spraying water, carbon dioxide generated will be discharged out of the furnace with water.
The equipment is automatically controlled with the alarm function of over-temperature, lack of water or water less than standard.

TEG Cleaning Furnace
The principle of the equipment is based on the property that Triethylene Glycol TEG, a kind of colorless and transparent neutral oily liquid, can alcoholysis and dissolve polymer by heating TEG in the cleaning tank up to around 280C in order to clean spinneret, spin pack, filter core, etc..

The process is as follow. First putting spinnerets/spin pack/filter core,etc.. in boiling solution whick contents NaOH(15-20%) for 2 to 3 hours to remove most polymer, then in TEG bath at the temperature up to 280C for about 12 hours. After cooling it, it is rinsing sequentially in alkaline solution, water and ultrasonic tank before drying and storing it up.
Single, double or muti-tanks are provided. The platform is equipped when using large tank diameter and high operation height. There are three choices for open/close furnace cover: pneumatic, heavy lifting device and screw device. Temperature automation control device is equipped with Japan Fuji temperature control unit and solid-state relay. All the controlling parts are made according to the requirements of anti-explosion in order to guarantee stable and reliable performance.
Water-Alkali Cleaner
We also provide sequential rinsing equipments, such as water cleaner, alkali cleaner, ultrasonic cleaner, etc..

Procedyne Fluid Bed
The principle and process of this equipment is as follow. At the temperature of 450-5000C, aluminum oxide powder is fluidified by hot air stream and scour spinnerets, spin pack, filter core, etc.. Polymer is detached and decomposed (about 70% polymer decomposed, the rest becoming CO), including inorganic, such as TiO2, are discharged into the air.

Furance
It is mainly used to clean spinneret, spin pack in synthetic fiber industry.
The outside wall of the furnace is made from steel and internal wall from refractory stainless steel, high quality silicic acid aluminium cotton is stuffed between the outside wall and work tank for thermal insulation. Stainless steel U-Shaped heater tubes are installed on both sides of the furnace and adjustable air exhausting vent on the top. Cradles are put inside of the furnace according to customers requirements.

The outside wall of the furnace is made from steel and internal wall from refractory stainless steel, high quality silicic acid aluminium cotton is stuffed between the outside wall and work tank for thermal insulation.
The box-style and horizontal pre-heat furnace can be equipped with a hot-air circling fan, which blow the heat generated from heater tube into the hearth to heat the parts.
