DRAW TEXTURING MACHINE OF 240 SPINDLES  
 
GENERAL FEATURES
 
- Draw texturing machine especially designed for highly flexible production plants,   consisting of two independent modules of 120 positions, i.e. 10 sections of 12 friction texturing spindles per side.
- Compact design, double heater, with straight yarn path giving a high flexibility for the texturing of PES filament yarns up to 333 dtex(0.5dpf-5dpf).
- Linear mechanical speed: from 400 to 1200 m/min.
- Machine consisting of:
• One double sided central frame; each side with one module of 120 positions independent driving
• 2 lateral structures (one per side) inch且ding cooling plates and the heaters connected to supply creel.
- Textile service, threading up, and doffing pneumatically assisted
- Settings entirely monitored through a central computer. Real time display of setting parameters on computer screen. Settings are memorised.
- Possibility to run two different yarns under two different setting per machine side
- Several devices such as discs and twist stops to be adapted according to the type of yarn processed to the count and to the denier per filament
- Referred to the technical chart for the application panel of the devices included in the contract

YARN CUTTER YANR SENSOR
- Self-centring of the yam with individual alarm for each yam breakage.
- Action by individual electrostatic yam sensor,located before take-up. .
- Coupling for S/Z parallel assembling at take-up level by plug. ,
YARN DELIVERY_DEVICE
- Chromed shafts, diameter 75mm, with yarn lap protector and yarn motion device.
- No.1 delivery shaft located before the heater with self- centering nip rollers
- No.2 delivery shaft located aligned after the friction unit with self-centering nip rollers
- No. 3 delivery shaft located after the fixation heater with self-centering nip rollers
- Individual drive of each shaft by A.C. motors monitored by frequency converters programmed by the central computer, and for each module of 120 positions.
- Individual setting for each machine side
- Shaft of Bakelite take up cylinders of 90mm diameter
 
TEXTURING HEATER
- One heater per section of 12 positions
- Open type, highly isolated, curved 2.0m length, vapour heated dowtherm type
- Temperature: 140-250 °C for PLC settings. Textile range: 170-250 °C
- Electronic temperature control by platinum plated sensors monitored by the central computer ensuring a very high precision. Individual setting per machine side. One sensor for the temperature regulation and the second one located in the upper part of the heater for the process control.
- Regulation and control temperature control display on computer scree.
- Individual per heater safety thermostat, with the alarm system
- Heaters positioned above the creels
- Fume extraction at the entrance and exit of the heaters
- Twist stopper
 
HEATER THREADING
The heater is threaded by means of a track and sliding sledge mechanism at each position. The sledge is operated manually by means of a push-rod. 4 rods and threading combs are supplied per machine.
 
COOLING ZONEOFTHEYARN
- Total length 1775mm incorporating
- A cooling plate of 1500mm of contact and V type for yarn vibration control and a minimum friction coefficient
- Straight yarn path from heater entry, over cooling plate to the spindle
 
MOTORISED FRICTION UNIT
- Individual motorized friction spindle driven by variable speed motor and controlled by frequency nverter
- Rotating speed up to 16 000 RPM
- Friction unit equipped with PU discs 52mm in diameter and 9 mm thick mounted on 3 fixed axles, allowing 1 + 3 + 1 to 1 + 8 + 1 configuration
- Individual on/off switch per spindle
- Hand held thread up device
 
SETTING HEATER
- Vapour phase thermosyphon heater type
- Closed type, 12 yarn tracks per heater, 1.6m length
- Removable tubes for easy maintenance
- Temperature from 120 to 250 °C
- Electronic temperature control
- Monitored by central computer ensuring a very high precision
- Individual setting per machine side of 120 positions
- Temperature display on colour computer screen
- Individual per heater safety thermostat, with the alarm system
 
HIGH SPEEDALUMINIUM TAKE-UP
- 12 positions on 3 decks
- Traverse 250mm , maximum 300mm
- Aluminum fork arm
- Scroll cam mounted in a grease lubricated cam box
- Low inertia yarn guides
- Pneumatic back pressure compensating device piloted manually (air flow 6 Nm3/h at standard conditions for 6 bars pressure supply)
- Bakelite take-up package drive rolls of diameter 90mm
- Straight flanges or individual biconical formation (72° /82°/88°)
- One set of end caps for tubes (the tube should be in accordance with our standard. See the technical drawing)
- Cam shaft driven by AC motor, monitored by frequency inverter with motion to provide anti-patterning
- Components within the cam box modify the traverse stroke length to provide a soft-edge to the package and control the taper angle and shape of the package sides.
- Maximum wind angel at commencement of winding is 31° at 1000m/min or 26° at 1200m/min
 
PNEUMATIC THREADING DOFIL
The threading guns (tow per machine) are connected to a suction system, comprising of suction fan and waste collection store located in the services headstock.
 
OILING DEVICE
- One per take-up deck
- The oiling action is done by rotation of oiling roll and by the sweeping action of the yarn on the roll itself
- Oil circulation by gravity
- Individual drive per machine side controlled by frequency inverters and monitored by the central computer
- One common oil tank reserve for the two machines sides.
 
PROCESS CONTROL
- The machine control system is addressed via the key pad of the VDU that also displays all set points and real time monitored process parameters
- All uses input data to control the process parameters are entered using the key pad
These include:
Yarn feeds
Heater temperature set points
Motor spindle speeds
Oiling device
Wind angle
Ant patterning and edge spreading motions
Take up bobbin shape
- The screen integrated on the machines allows the real time display of the settings parameters, each default will be recorded displayed on the screen (temperature, motors, etc…)
 
THE CONTROL SYESTEM HAS THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS:
- Possibility to memories setting into database
- Possibility of modifying the settings while the machines is running, what allows an optimum text8ile research
- Electrical maintenance of the machines
- Management of the settings database
- Management of the alarms files
 
Main power supply:
Voltage / Frequency: please refer to page GENERAL TECHNICAL DATA. The machine has to be connected to a main power line giving guarantee about the following characteristics:
- Voltage:                            ± 5 %
- Frequency:                       ± 2 %
-  The voltage cuts are not longer than: 50ms
-  The voltage drops are shorter than: 0.5 s with maximum 15 % of the normal voltage
-  Otherwise, the machine has to be equipped with a battery back up system (not included in this machine supply)
-  The main voltage supply is a sinus wave three phases - with a total disturbance due to 
the total harmonics, less than 7 % for each sinus between two phases
-  The 2 phases have the same characteristics with maximum 5 % differential compared
to the highest value.
-  The voltage spikes are shorter than 1.5 ms with maximum 200 % of the nominal
voltage between 2 phases
We only give guarantee on the electronic power components if the main voltage supply has these characteristics.
 
 
INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
 
Temperature and moisture
-  In order to provide good working conditions of the machines and a good textile quality,
   the texturing room should be equipped with an air conditioning system allowing:
-  Room temperature 24°C ± 2°C
-  Relative moisture between 60 and 65 % for Polyester yarn, and between 65 and 70 %
   for Polyamide yarn
 
Fume discharge
-  Customer should install, at the end of the fume-extracting turbine, one expansion
   balloon for oil deposit collection
-  This should be done as per Seller drawing
-  Pipe for fume discharge should be completely oil tight
 
Floor evenness
The floor level for the surface covered by the machine must be within a tolerance of ± 15mm.
 
 
Pneumatic supply
Machine pneumatic inputs must be connected to an external supply of compressed air with the following characteristics:
-  Pressure:                               6.5 +0/-0.5 bars
-  Temperature:                         25°C ± 5°C
-  Relative humidity:                          < 30 %
-  Residual oil content:                      < 0.2ppm
-  Abrasive particles with a grain size:        > 0.2mm must be completely eliminated
 (The necessary equipment's to obtain these characteristics are not included in machine supply)
 
 
Protection against main supply spikes
-  The principle is to conduct the spikes through the earth
-  This system is not compatible with some protections like differentials.
Please, let us know if you have such kind of system on the lines supplying the machine
 
 
Textile performances
All textile settings and results are given for information only, based on the experience. In no cases this can be considered as contractual textile performances. Only performances reached on our machines by our process technologies with the relevant customer yarn can be considered as process performance guarantee. Some parameters could be changed at any time in order to increase the possibilities of the machine.
 
 
WARRANTY
Warranty will be void if buyer makes any repair or modification without agreement of seller.
 
SPARE PARTS
Responsibility is limited only to parts developed and manufactured by us. Under no circumstances, we will be liable for bad machinery performances or injuries to people working on the machine, if spare parts are not from our origin.
As far as electronic equipment, only exchange of complete printed circuit can be made. Repair or/and replacement of individual component are prohibited.
 
CONFORMITY
Machine is designed to run correctly with a power supply network where the neutral conductor and the frame protective conductor are earthed TO A SAME POINT (TN Systems).
 
The user has THE OBLIGATION to fit each machine with an over current protective device whose data necessary for selection is stated in the instruction manual.
This device is not provided by the seller.
 
We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES TO PROPERTY OR PERSONS RESULTING FROM THE NON OBSERVANCE OF ABOVE REQUIREMENTS
 
 
EXCLUSIONS
The following items in particular are not included in our scope of supply, as described in this quotation:
-  Building and building material
-  All supporting frames for machines installation
-  Air compressor and pipes to the machines for normal and instrument air
-  Cables and back-up fuses between customer's power supply and entry into cabinets;
   customer's over-current protection is sized in Tech. Documentation
-  Machine is designed to be connected to a power supply where neutral and ground
   wires are connected at the same location
-  Main power supply and transformers for power supply other than specified in item
   GENERAL TECHNICAL DATA and in item TECHNICAL STANDARDS
-  Uninterrupted power supply (UPS)
-  Air conditioning for the machines and the production area
-  Handling equipment, such as trolleys for supply and finished yarn packages
-  Conveying and handling system
-  Consumable materials, such as package tubes and lubricants
 
All other equipment which are not mentioned in this document
