Filter Net Assembly
The materials used in producing filter screen net are stainless steel fiber net, sintered stainless steel felts, phosphorus copper nets and brass nets, etc.. Single or multi-layers filter plates are encapsulated in nickel plated copper, aluminum or stainless steel frame in different shapes, such as round, semi-circular, rectangular, oval-shaped, crescent-shaped, ect.., and as well gaskets in copper, aluminum or stainless steel.
Candle Filters
The cartridge is made from stainless steel sintered fiber net and stainless steel weave wire cloth. We can tailor-made filter elements according to your requirements. For example, the specification for Barmag spinning filter elements is as follow.

Stainless Metal Sand
Stainless metal sand is most often used in polyester and nylon applications where the shearing of gels is critical. This gel removal is made possible by the near razor-sharp edges and high degree of tortuosity of the metal sand. The metal sand also serves as a pack body volume reducer to limit polymer residence time and the risk of polymer degradation.
